Sustainability is not just what we do, it is also what we believe in.
Our pillars
Renewable energy
We use 100% renewable electrical energy, of which 20-40% is generated locally by our hydroelectric turbine.
Social development
We seek to promote local development. About 80% of our team is from the Province of Osorno and 50% of our food purchases come from local suppliers.
Recycling
We implement the "3 R" program to manage our waste: reduce, reuse and recycle. An example is a 93% reduction in amenity plastic, through the use of dispensers.
Energy
- Hydroelectric turbine: since our beginnings, we have taken advantage of the power of the river with our turbine to generate energy in a sustainable way.
- Geothermy: we take advantage of the high temperatures of our hot springs, using geothermal energy to heat our hotel.
- Energy efficiency: we focus on the use of efficient electrical devices and low-consumption LED lighting.
Recycling

– Recycling points: our hotel has recycling containers for guests and collaborators.
– Sustainable training: protocols and training for our collaborators to take care of the environment.
